Coaching

Your leadership got you here. What gets you further?

Coaching for the person behind the performance—not the role on your LinkedIn. For founders and leaders ready to do the real work.

The pattern nobody talks about.

You’re not broken. You’re running a program that used to work—and it doesn’t anymore.

1

The performance trap

You’ve optimized everything except how you actually operate. Your team sees confidence. You feel the cost of maintaining it. The gap between the leader people see and the person you experience keeps growing.

2

The isolation

You’re the person everyone depends on and no one checks in on. You can’t have this conversation with your board, your partner, or your team. So you keep producing.

3

The plateau

You hit the number. Got the title. Built something real. And now the same habits that got you here are the ones holding you back from what’s next.

How I work.

This isn’t coaching for people who want a cheerleader. I work at the nervous system level—where your leadership patterns actually live.

  • Leadership presence—the capacity to stay grounded when everything in you wants to react
  • Decision-making from clarity instead of anxiety
  • Navigating major transitions—exits, pivots, promotions, and the identity shifts that come with them
  • Team dynamics that start with your own nervous system regulation
  • Sustainable high performance that doesn’t cost you your health or your relationships

What changes.

Composure under pressure

Board meetings, hard conversations, high-stakes decisions. You stop bracing and start leading through them.

Decisions from clarity

The 2am spiral quiets. You make choices from a grounded place instead of a reactive one. Your team notices the shift before you do.

Leadership that’s actually yours

Not the version you’ve been performing. Something more grounded, more effective, and built on who you actually are.

A life that matches the resume

Performance that comes from alignment, not adrenaline. Success you can actually feel.

Investment

Engagements start at 3 months. Most clients stay for 6 months or longer—not because they have to, but because the work compounds. Month-to-month after the initial commitment. Reach out to talk about what fits.

Common questions

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-focused. We work with the nervous system and the patterns beneath your decisions, but always in service of how you lead and perform. When therapy is what’s needed, I’ll say so.

Do you work virtually or in person?

Both. I’m based in Phoenix and meet clients in person across the Valley and Scottsdale. Most sessions happen over video. I work with leaders across Arizona and nationwide.

What’s the time commitment?

Most engagements run 3–6 months, with bi-weekly sessions and async support between calls. The goal is to build your own capacity, not dependence on a coach.

What does the investment look like?

Engagements are structured as monthly retainers. This work requires real commitment from both of us. Reach out and we’ll talk about what makes sense.

What is The Portal?

A $20/month AI-guided tool that surfaces the patterns running your leadership. Four phases of structured reflection. Works as a starting point or a complement to 1:1 coaching.

Who is this for?

Founders scaling past what got them here. Executives navigating transitions they weren’t prepared for. Leaders who want to perform at a higher level without burning out to do it. If you’re ready for honest work, this is for you.
